I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trained therapist, in practice for over 10 years; I work with individuals who are at least 18 years of age. One of the first things we will need to figure out is if I am a good fit for your needs; finding a therapist with whom you can really connect is essential. From there, our work will focus on what you find to be most important, and we will move at your pace. I utilize a psychodynamic approach to help people learn more about themselves, understand their relationships, and find an inner sense of peace.
